DDGS Wort SeparationSection
Myande provides custom-designed wort separation solutions based on users’ specific needs and requirements. Horizontal screw presses or plate filters are used for separating wort into wet solids and clear liquid. The process is designed to ensure minimum moisture in the wet solids and minimum solids in the clear liquid for subsequent processing. Myande's custom-designed automatic control system guarantees reliability and efficiency.

DDGS Concentration Section
Key technical advantages of Myande's DDGS evaporation system is that it uses exhaust hot air from the tube bundle dryer and secondary steam from the flash dryer as heat sources, thus eliminating the need for fresh steam. Myande custom-designed automatic control system guarantees reliability and efficiency.

Myande provides DDGS evaporation and concentration engineering services with a capacity ranging from 5 t/h to 100t/h.

DDGS Drying Section
Myande DDGS drying process uses a tube bundle dryer to dry the mixture of wet distiller grains from the decanter and concentrated syrup from the evaporator. The tube bundle dryer uses parallel combination technology to improve the heat transfer coefficient and heat utilization. The dry DDGS is conveyed to the storage buffer tank through a negative pressure pneumatic conveying system. After the auto packing machine packages the final product, it is transported to the warehouse. The finished products are naturally colored and have uniform quality. Advanced auto-control and central computer control systems allow the whole DDGS drying production line to operate automatically and smoothly.
