Cracking Mill / Oilseed Cracker
The MPSF cracking mill is an efficient cracker machine that breaks and presses seeds using an adjustable roll gap device to meet the requirements of different projects. A large cracking roll may reduce the number of times wiredrawing is needed.
Features
1. A synchronized adjustable roll gap at both ends allows for individual adjustment mechanism and eliminates the problem of interference between rolls.
2. The oilseed cracker uses rail bearings for easy positioning and dismantling rolls and other parts. Movable PTFE wear-resistant shields are positioned on both sides of the chamber to prevent dust and material from leaking, maintaining a cleaner environment.
3. One-motor and two-wheel design ensures precision in rolling speed at different settings. It uses a patented spring automatic belt tensioning mechanism.
4. A heavy duty magnet at the feeding inlet and parallel with the flow of material efficiently picks up iron contained in the material stream, protecting the rolls.
5. Flexible configuration: one working chamber with two pair of rolls, one working chamber with one pair of rolls, two working chambers with one pair of rollers each, or three working chambers with one pair of rollers each.
