Rotary Drum Conditioner
Myande's rotary drum conditioner is used to adjust the moisture and temperature of the oil seeds to reach the requirements needed for the next step.
Features
1. Widely used for softening and drying raw materials to increase elasticity and reduce water content.
2. The conditioning equipment contains a lifting board which stirs material when the drum rotates so the material is evenly heated.
3. The horizontal drum conditioner uses a two-way rotating joint and dewatering siphon to discharge the condensed water rapidly.
4. An air evacuation valve discharges the non-condensable gas in a heat exchange tube.
5. The horizontal rotary conditioner uses stepless speed regulating to adjust the stopping time of the material in the drum according to the variety and physical properties.
6. Compact structure is easy to use.
7. Incorporates softening and drying functions that reduce moisture content by 2-3%.
